In order to figure out the ration of the Golden Eagle to the Red Tailed Hawk you would need to convert their numbers a decimal. In this case you would convert 13 9/10lbs to 13.9 and 3 1/2lbs to 3.5. So now you would divide 13.9 by 3.5 and you get 3.9. So in other words you could have 3.9 Red Tailed Hawks to make one Golden Eagle. So the Golden Eagle is 3.9 times heavier than the Red Tailed Hawk.
