To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, multiply by 1.8 (the ratio between °C and °F) and add 32 (freezing point of °F - freezing point of °C; that is 32 - 0 = 32).

For example: To convert from 30 °C to °F, multiply the Celsius value by 1.8 and add 32, that is: 30 °C * 1.8 + 32 = 86 °F .

So, 2°C to °F is: 2 °C * 1.8 + 32 = 35.6
