How do you write equations for three lines that contain the point (0, 2)?

First we see points like (0,2) in place x is 0 and y is 2 so we write equation is 0 +2=2 so, x+y= 2
2×0+2= 2 so, 2x + y = 2
0 + 2×2=4 so, x+ 2y =4
