If you wanted to simply find the answer, you could have used a calculator. But if you want to start from scratch :

12 × 7 = 86 : You multiplied two numbers, you got 86. Now, you multiply 86 with the next number.

86 × 15 = 1,290 : You multiplied 86 with 15, and you got 1,290. Now, you would have to multiply this with the next number.

1,290 × 8 = 10,320 : And that's where this finishes. Your final answer is 10,320.
