P(roll greater than 4) = P(roll 5) + P(roll 6)

Since the die is fair, the probability of any roll is 1/6. So,

P(roll greater than 4) = P(roll 5) + P(roll 6) = 1/6 + 1/6 = 2/6 = 1/3.
