Why is wellness important for dancers

Because dancers use a lot of muscles and bones to dance. They also use a lot of flexibility so with that they have to drink a lot of milk for calcium so their bones stay strong. They also need to eat a lot of healthy food from proteins to calcium to vitamins so they can have a lot of energy.
