Yes, it is possible to distinguish Kc from Kp.
Kc is defined by molar concentrations, whereas Kp is defined by the partial pressures of the gasses inside a closed system, so units is different.
For Kc will be (mol/dm³)ˣ or (mol/L)ˣ and for Kp will be Paˣ, atmˣ or torrˣ.
Kc = Kp·R·T.
R - gas constant.
T - temperature.
