Can you make heterogeneous mixtures in to homogeneous mixtures. And if you can how?

yes, you can because you can mix the mixture all together. A heterogeneous mixture does not look the same throughout but a Homogeneous Mixture does and when you mix it heterogeneous becomes a Homogeneous mixture.
