Plane 1: 12 game plan cost=$192
Cost of single game= 192/12 =$16
Plane 2: 28 game plan cost=$420
Cost of single game= 420/28 = $15
So plan 2 ( 28 games for $420) is the better plan .
Answer: 28 games for $420 is the better plan.

You have to divide the game plan cost by the number of games it provides to get the cost per game:
$192 / 12 = $16 a game
$420 / 28 = $15 a game
The 28-game plan is better value per game.
