For this case we have the following function:
 F (x) = (5x-2) / (x ^ 2 + 3)
 Let's evaluate the function for x = 2
 We have then:
 F (2) = (5 (2) -2) / ((2) ^ 2 + 3)
 F (2) = (10-2) / (4 + 3)
 F (2) = (8) / (7)
 Then we have:
 (3/2) * F (2)
 Substituting:
 (3/2) * (8/7)
 Rewriting:
 (3/2) * (8/7) = 24/14
 Simplifying:
 24/14 = 12/7
 Answer:
 12/7
