"Freedom from fear" is an affair for both males and females. The answer is mostly statistical for females, they are free from fear concerning the biological evidence that they are more numerous than there male counterparts while males possess higher standings in government/executive eyes and there numbers of all abuse is profoundly lower for them than there female counterparts.
