we are given

[tex] 10x+12 [/tex]

We have to factor it by using GCF

so, firstly , we will find common factor

we can write it as

[tex] 2*5x+2*6 [/tex]

we can see that 2 is multiple in both terms

so, GCF is 2

so, we can factor out 2 from both

[tex] 2*5x+2*6=2(5x+6) [/tex]

so, factor is

[tex] 10x+12=2(5x+6) [/tex]........Answer
