Hello there!

To find the mean, we must add all of the numbers and then divide them by the amount of values you were given.

-4 + -3 + -1 + -1 + 0 + 1

Ths would really look like:

-4 - 3 - 1 - 1 + 0 + 1

This would be -8

There are a total of 6

So, we have to divide -8 by 6.

-8/6 = -3/2

So, the mean is -3/2

I hope I helped!

Let me know if you need anything else!
